John Tedesco, Co-Founder, President & CEO

John has been building and running companies that use technology to revolutionize the delivery of consumer and commercial services for more than a decade. He has an established track record in assembling founding teams, attaining financing and delivering award winning products and services to market. Prior to co-founding Contigo, John was co-founder and CEO of PayMyBills.com, a consumer eFinance company that quickly grew into the industry’s leading bill management provider with 40,000 customers and was the recipient of “most valuable consumer web site” awards from CIO Magazine, Time and Forbes. John led a 200-person workforce, raised over $35 million in venture capital, and successfully sold the company in a $200 million merger. John spent the earlier part of his career at GE Capital, where he launched an internet-based real estate listing service as part of GE’s commercial real estate division. John received his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Entrepreneurship and Information Strategy & Economics.

Rob Goehring, Co-Founder & VP of Product Management and Marketing

Rob is the driving force behind Contigo’s product vision, corporate branding and marketing strategies. He is instrumental in turning ideas and concepts into highly-acclaimed technology solutions that are robust and user friendly. Prior to Contigo, Rob worked for webBASIS Inc., a California-based venture that provided web communications applications to over 15 million subscribers. Rob owned all aspects of the product, from conception to launch, and was responsible for the development effort for over 50 software engineers across 3 cities. Rob holds a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration in Marketing and an M.B.A. from Simon Fraser University in Management Information Systems and Marketing.

Neil Parker, Director of Product Management

Neil is responsible for managing Contigo's product roadmap, features and functionality. He brings more than 12 years of experience gained from Product Management leadership roles in the wireless industry. Neil has been responsible for bringing many successful products and solutions to market, having held senior product management positions at Glenayre (paging infrastructure), Infowave (wireless software), Sierra Wireless (mobile devices) and most recently at Dyaptive Systems (wireless infrastructure test equipment) where Neil was Director of Product Management and Marketing and also managed the Customer Service and Sales Engineering groups. At Contigo, Neil is pleased to call upon his considerable experience in marketing solutions to wireless network operators, infrastructure manufacturers, enterprises and consumers alike.

Vince Lasmarias, Director of Software Development

Vince leads Contigo’s software development team, with additional responsibility for all location and wireless technology R&D. Before joining Contigo, Vince was the Integration Team lead of Inkra Networks and the lead developer for the Security Management component of the Inkra Center Point management suite, where he was responsible for creating a Role-Based Access Control security solution which won kudos from Inkra customers. Vince started his career as a Software Engineer for CrossKeys Systems Corporation (which later became Altus Solutions). Mr. Lasmarias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University.

Charles Abel, Director of Finance

Charles is responsible for managing Contigo’s financial operations. He has held financial positions of increasing responsibility throughout his professional career, for both public and private companies in the pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries. In his various roles, Charles has raised over $15 million in equity capital and managed company budgets in excess of $10 million. Charles holds B.Sc. degrees in Biology and Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia and an executive M.B.A. from Simon Fraser University.
